Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

Online orders will ship every week on Friday pending availability of items and excludes made to order items which indicate time of completion. Orders placed after 2PM (PST) on Friday, may not be available to ship until the following Friday. Most items in the Towering Stone Shop ship USPS First Class / Priority Mail or UPS Ground and may take 2 to 10 days for delivery after order is received and completed. Expect additional delays due to restrictions during inclement weather.

Custom orders will ship upon the completion time as indicated per design in item description.  Towering Stone strives to deliver quality made items in the best time possible. Delivery times are subject to change and customers will be given notice of any delay in completion or shipping. 

Special shaped items, special care items, and purchases over $800.00 may incur additional shipping fees for special handling, packaging, and insurance.

International shipping is available for Canada, Australia, Italy, and the United Kingdom. If you wish to have us ship to any other shipping zones please contact Towering Stone to determine international shipping charges.

Returns & Exchanges

If purchase is not satisfactory, customer may return, (i) merchandise not conforming to seller's product specifications or (ii) merchandise that is damaged or shipped incorrectly with notice of condition given within five (5) days of receiving merchandise. Towering Stone offers a full refund and/or exchange for an item of equal value, as agreed upon between customer and seller. Any garments received with Towering Stone labels removed or if item(s) have been altered, will not be accepted for refund/exchange.

Repairs & Alterations (Limited to Jewelry and Made to Order Fashion Designs)

All designs are created to endure use by the owner/wearer so that they may be enjoyed time and time again. If at any time a creation requires repair or alteration for any reason please contact Towering Stone to determine the terms of handling and best solution for repair/alteration.
